What we collect
- Order data — name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if given, and the contents and value of your order.
- Payment data — handled by Shopify Payments and the provider you choose. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing data — your email address, only if you ask us to contact you.
Why we use it
To take payment and deliver your order (performance of a contract); to answer questions, handle returns and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation); and to send marketing where you have consented, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which hosts this store; payment providers; and the carriers and fulfilment partners who pick, pack and deliver your parcel. Some process data outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records for seven years, as UK law requires. Marketing contact details until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for up to 26 months.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Send us a request and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout, plus analytics and, with your agreement, marketing cookies. Manage your choices in the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Children
This store is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
