Tracking
Your tracking link is emailed at dispatch. The first scan can take 2–3 days to appear — that is normal. If tracking has not moved for 10 working days, contact us and we will replace or refund the order.
Duties and taxes
UK orders include VAT. Orders to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe may attract local import duties on arrival, set by your country and payable by the recipient.
Addresses and delays
Please include any apartment or unit number. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will resend it once you confirm the address; a second dispatch may be chargeable. Late November and December can add a few days.
