These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Avazala. By placing an order you accept them.
1. About us
Avazala sells household pet-hair removal tools online. You can reach us through our contact form.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and include VAT or local tax where applicable. The remover is a one-off payment — there is no subscription and nothing to buy again. Shipping is free on every order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the provider you select, in the currency shown to you at the time.
4. Descriptions and images
We describe the product as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen and stated measurements are approximate.
5. Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery page and returns by our Returns & Refunds page; both form part of these terms.
6. Correct use
The remover is for use on woven upholstery, bedding, clothing and car seats. It is not intended for use on leather, loose knitwear, or on animals themselves. Keep it away from small children. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to these instructions.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for business losses.
8. Intellectual property
The Avazala name, site content, images and copy belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Conduct
Keep your account details secure and do not misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt or scrape it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order.
